Expected Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan (Unstitched): 5 to 7 Business Days

  • Outside Pakistan (Unstitched): 7 to 12 Business Days

  • Within Pakistan (Stitched): 12 to 15 Business Days

  • Outside Pakistan (Stitched): 12 to 15 Business Days

Shipping Charges

  • Within Pakistan: Flat Rs. 250 shipping charges apply to all orders.

  • Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the destination and the total weight of the package.

Our Courier Partners

  • Within Pakistan: We use reliable services like Call Courier, Swyft Logistics, M&P, and TCS.

  • Outside Pakistan: International orders are shipped via DHL and SkyNet.

Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected at the provided shipping address. Due to international restrictions, we are currently unable to provide deliveries to India.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your carrier information and a tracking number. Please ensure you check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs and import duties upon arrival in your country. Raumbysarb is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties charged by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs.
